Initially I requested a Nissan Almera 1.2L turbo, but it was overbooked and replaced with Vios. At first I was a bit hesitate to take but I was told that the car is well-maintained. It turned out great, fantastic ride. The wheels balancing was done properly and the steering wheel was not shaking when driving on highway.

Comms was fantastic throughout. Only 1 feedback for better service- we were 6 persons to be picked up from JB Sentral, but the car that came had 5 passenger seats with 5 seatbelts. We informed ahead, at time of booking the pickup via whatsapp that we were 6 people and we were advised that a 10-seater ( you even sent us a photo of the wahdah shuttle vehicle) would pick us up.
