The booking process is straightforward. I collected the rented car from their KL hub which is conveniently located within walking distance from the Maluri MRT station. The inspection process before taking the car includes photos around the car and a report is generated after signing the documents online. Similar process is applied when returning the car.

the first red car was a bit disappointing as the rear air con didnt work and some rubissh in the back row but wah dah helped me change a car straight away so service very good
