I have rented from Wahdah three times, and each experience has been excellent. Their customer service is exceptional, very responsive WhatsApp reply and they provide convenient pick-up and drop-off services at JB Sentral, making the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The cars are always well-maintained and in good condition, and I have never encountered any issues during my rentals. The only downside is that the security deposit is refunded after 10 days, which is a longer waiting period than I would prefer. Overall, I would highly recommend Wahdah for their reliable vehicles and outstanding service.

Vehicle was in well maintained condition and very clean; no issues throughout my long trip.

Everything was great, except for the car's remote control. It worked fine initially but suddenly failed in the worst possible location. While this might have just been bad luck, I highly recommend thoroughly checking all of the car's systems to avoid putting future customers in danger.

Car in good condition and seemless pick-up and drop-off !

The assigned Honda City was unfortunately below expectations. Though the car machine is ok, The ceiling was stained, the driver’s seat leather was peeling, and most concerningly, the tyres were badly worn. I have always had high expectations of wahdah’a service, but this langkawi experience was slightly disappointing and did not reflect the standards I have experienced with Wahdah.
