Sallam , Hi Wahdah Team ... Yes, I must say that I had a Nice ride with Wardah's "Axxia" from day 1 at Airport till last day return at Airport too. Everything was Good & Smooth. For my "case" / experience with Wardah , Only 1 thing to Improve ... The "Axxia" handed over to me has a Front brake "issue" ( tick tick tick tick sound when the brake was at "initial" application until the Brake Calliper get hold of the brake rotor , everything was normal ). After I noticing it , I tested the Brakes & it works fine with normal "Slow drive" & decided to "make do" with it since I'm using it for short "explore drive" within few kilometres. Hope no Offence with my comment as I sincerely wants Wardah to improve / maintain a High Standard Service & to be #1 Car Rental choice for All "Users" ... Sekian Terimakasih & Selamat Majujaya. By the way , how can I get back my Deposit ... He ... he ...

The service personnel responded to request very fast. Cleared the custom 1 hour earlier and he arranged for last minute to collect the vehicle 45mins earlier than the booking time (likewise, returned 45mins earlier), saved our time to idle at the airport. The vehicle handled to us was clean and very well maintained. We have a very smooth rides for this holidays. Highly recommended to return for rental for our next trip.

I hire cars from time to time. Quite honestly this is the best experience I have ever had. Customer service was simply excellent, so easy and quick via the Wahdah Care WhatsApp, any queries or questions I had were answered in minutes if not seconds. Car was brought straight to my hotel in KL and collected in Mersing - bang on time both times with clear communication beforehand. I am from Europe and hope that European rental firms can learn from what Wahdah is doing. Wahdah is head and shoulders above them.
