Good experience overall. It was very convenient to be able to receive the vehicle at the location we wanted and same for dropping it. The car would be dropped and picked-up on time. When we had a flat tire, they found quickly a person who would come and repair, despite the fact we were far from the agency.

Always good car good service...

So far this is my 3rd time renting their car and it has been smooth and pleasent experience. However just for this recent booking, no heroes were assigned to me for pick-up or return nor communication via whatsapp. Hence we had to go down to the main hub to fetch the car. Nevertheless, when we arrived at its gateway instead, they were efficient and apologetic in handling our bookings. Well done to the team!
