Like the clean and new feel of the car interior, keep it up! The deposit refund process is unacceptable, customer has to wait 10 days to request Wahdah to return the money belonging to customer in the first place! I’ve rented many cars for overseas holidays (non Malaysia) , first time I’m subjected to this absurd practice!

+ Got the Myvi 1.5 as requested, ready when arrived at KBR, petrol 3/8 bars, acceptable interior, exterior got some scratches, but driving feel all good even mileage 180k++, no hassle return, - key fob doesn't work maybe because weak battery, no info whether car has valid road tax & insurance, - Wahdah expects inspection form to be signed before pick up & after return, but the HERO/ PIC onsite never brought it up

Service from Kimie was excellent. Car was well maintained and cleanliness was top notch! Some issues with the car such as unable to open back boot using button at back & no power from power outlet in car.

The vehicle was very clean, and I was extremely satisfied with the punctual pickup service. If I may mention one point, the windshield wipers seemed worn out, which made driving in the rain quite difficult. I would appreciate it if the wipers could also be checked during inspections and replaced if necessary. I believe I will have many more opportunities to rent from WAHDAH in the future, so I look forward to using your service again. Thank you very much.
