Haikel was a good, friendly and patience driver. Our train was delayed for about 2-3hrs due to some current issues and he still waits for us till we reach kL sentral and send us to our drop-off destination. Easy to communicate too and was superb. Thank you so much for the service.

The assigned Honda City was unfortunately below expectations. Though the car machine is ok, The ceiling was stained, the driver’s seat leather was peeling, and most concerningly, the tyres were badly worn. I have always had high expectations of wahdah’a service, but this langkawi experience was slightly disappointing and did not reflect the standards I have experienced with Wahdah.

I recently booked a car for a day. It was my first time with WAHDAH (Gateway Hub in JB), so I was a bit skepticle. However, from the time I booked the car to the time I dropped it back was an amazing experience. The customer service chat was awesome, so was Afiq who I met in the morning to get the car. The car was in an immaculate condition and my family had a great time throughout the day. Then when I returned the car in the everning, Ilyas helped me with the closing process. He was great too! I will definitely seek their services again...Well done, WAHDAH!

I am impressed with the services and the car. We rented the Nissan Serena. It was new and clean. Instruction for collection and for the car was clear. Mr Nor send and collected from the Airport, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company.

Had such a great experience renting a car from Wahdah! I messaged the Hero assigned to me when I was reaching JB Sentral, and he was already on standby to pick me up. The pickup took less than 30 minutes, which I thought was pretty reasonable given how jammed that area usually is. Just something to note if you're collecting from JB Sentral, traffic there can get quite crazy, so a little patience is needed. Once we arrived at the office, everything was smooth and fuss-free. We checked the car, completed the paperwork, and were able to drive off in less than 20 minutes. We rented a Proton S70 and honestly loved it. The car was clean, well-maintained, and had relatively low mileage. It felt almost brand new. We drove all the way up to KL and didn't run into any issues at all. In fact, we enjoyed driving it so much that we ended up extending our rental by an extra day! What stood out the most was how responsive the customer service team was. Whenever we had a question, they got back to us quickly and were always helpful. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience from start to finish. Would definitely rent from Wahdah again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
