The android auto did not work, only Bluetooth. It was confirmed on WhatsApp the car came with android auto.

Wahdah Hub Johor is comfortable, well-organized, and provides excellent service. I would like to make a small suggestion to continue maintaining the cleanliness of the surau for the comfort of Muslim customers. Another suggestion would be to provide an "urgent rental" option on the website for customers who need a vehicle at short notice. I am especially impressed with Wahdah Care. Even late at night, the team was still responsive and able to assist with my car rental needs. Great customer service and very helpful staff. Congratulations to the Wahdah team! I hope there will be even more attractive discounts for loyal customers and for rentals longer than 3 days, especially for MPV vehicles. Highly recommended

Excellent portal, very professional and friendly staff, quick response and choose your vehicle directly without any uncertainty. One feedback is the rear window tinting was too dark which makes the rearview mirror useless even in daylight and driving only using side mirrors makes it more difficult and risky.

Best car rental ever. I love their top notch service and fast responses. My car had some issues with the aircon and the team immediately set out to find a car which could fit my family’s travelling criteria. In the end they exchanged my car with one from the highest tier, without charging me a top up. This was my 4th or 5th time renting a car from them and it definitely will not be my last. Please keep up with the excellent and reliable service! And thank you, for making my car rental journey such a seamless and fuss free one.

Great service and smooth rental experience. The vehicle was clean, and Fahrid was friendly and professional. A small suggestion would be to regularly check the wipers, especially during the rainy season, for added safety and comfort. Overall, highly recommended.

Recently traveled to Malaysia jb and was trying to rent a car. I went to so many rental shops, but every single one of them told me that walk-ins weren't allowed and that I needed a prior booking. I was starting to feel completely stuck until I found WAHDAH. ​That’s where I met Mr. Dinesh, and he was an absolute lifesaver. He was incredibly calm and helpful, guiding me step-by-step through the whole process. What really stood out was his amazing hospitality—while I was waiting, he kept checking in on me to make sure I was doing good & comfortable . Honestly, without his presence and assistance, I would have been completely stranded. ​Their customer service is truly excellent. On top of that, the waiting time for the car was barely anything—it took just about 15 to 20minutes to collect because they were thoroughly cleaning the vehicle before handing it over, as I booked it last min. The pricing was also very reasonable for the Perodua Bezza I booked for 2 days. ​Overall, a flawless 5/5 experience. Huge thanks to Mr. Dinesh and the WAHDAH team!

Whole experience from pickup to return was seamless. Staff from WahDah was already there waiting at the airport when we arrived, and he was also there waiting for us when we returned the car at the airport. The car that we rented was clean and well-maintained. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience.
