First time renting a vehicle in JB and drove up to KL for a 3D2N holiday! Overall the handing over and returning of car with Wahdah was a hassle free process. Instructions were clear and smooth at every stage. I really enjoyed the seamless process and communication were precise too. Rented the Toyota Rush for this trip, the car interior was clean, no funky smell (surprisingly, it even has a pleasant scent) and no complains with the interior. The car’s exterior was clean and pristine but as it is a rental car, do expect some nicks and light scratches on the exterior. Overall, I really enjoyed my time with the car as well as the communication process with Wahdah, totally recommended to all looking to rent a car in JB and yes, I will be your returning client :) Thank you!
