It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

The car was cleaned and came with full tank as indicated. The whole taking and handling over process was simple. One suggest to offer, will be good to indicate in your website whether the car has Android Auto and remind customer to bring data cable. This is especially important for foreign customers. Otherwise, the services were good and the staffs are very courteous and efficient.

I recently rented a Honda City and noticed that it didn’t come with a phone holder, which made it difficult to use Google Maps on my phone. I suggest informing future clients about this in advance so they can bring their own car phone holders if needed.
