Excellent overall. We were unfortunately significantly delayed for the drop off because of extremely heavy and slow traffic from Penang to Melaka on a Sunday. Muhammad Nur Faiz from the Ipoh office was very accommodating and waited patiently for us to arrive almost 2 hours late.
