I was impressed by how responsive and proactive the team was on WhatsApp. They were helpful, patient, and guided me seamlessly through every step of the process. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my initial booking and rebook for the following day. The customer service team took the initiative to assist me immediately, making the change smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The website is also very well-organized, with all information clearly laid out. The car itself was clean, new, and fully fueled. Even though we arrived late for pick-up, the staff had already completed the necessary inspections, which saved us a significant amount of time. Overall, an outstanding experience with excellent service across the board. Highly recommended!
