Was able to pick up at the gateway hub despite being a last minute rental. Very much appreciated the assistance by all the staff in getting the car ready and when collecting it back.

The service provided is excellent. Although I had doubts initially, my skepticism was proven wrong. The entire procedure was incredibly straightforward, and the car was impeccably clean. The car's pick-up and drop-off process was also extremely convenient. Please continue with your commendable efforts.
