Rented a car Innova 2.0 on 6march 12pm to 8march 4pm and the car broke down after 2days. I hope you could check the vehicle properly before handing over to a customer that drive long distance. what happen to the car i rented is that the brake pad finish already on the front right side of the vehicle and we broke down on our way to genting highland and it waste about an hour of our trip. the brake pad locked the front right hand side of the wheel and it causes the car to wobble. nonetheless the car that you gave us to change is more better. I hope you check everything once again thank you!

The entire experience has been a wonderful one. Iskandar, our customer service rep, was very flexible in accommodating our timing due to unexpected jams. He also patiently and clearly explaining to us the procedures. The vehicle condition and handling is one of the best, if not the best, we have seen or rented. It was a bit dirty underneath the seats but otherwise there really is nothing to pick about the overall cleanliness. We look forward to renting from Wahdah again!
