I’m a long time customer of Wahdah & always impressed with the punctuality, good customer service & quality rental car it provided. However the recent rental car (Honda City) was rather old & paint work really bad with many scratched marks. Anyway I still proceed considering it’s only for 3 days rental. On final day, Miss Izz ( hero) pointed to me there’s a new scratched mark in front of the bumper which I did not noticed initially. She mentioned I might have to pay for the new scratches. I will be very disappointed if your company proceed to deduct my deposit. Please do not disappoint a loyal customer

Very smooth and easy process. The car we got was very new - still had plastic wrapping at some areas. The car got scratched on our journey, though we didn't hit anything but probably is because of flying rocks on the road. We accept the charges and cost to fix was to be taken from the deposit. WAHDAH didn't overcharge the fix - very happy about that! Trustworthy and reliable - will definitely book through WAHDAH again.
