Dear WAHDAH Customer Support Team, I am writing to register a complaint regarding my previous rental vehicle, VLN 9588 perdua Bezza. There is a noticeable and persistent strange noise coming from the brake system whenever I am driving. It is extremely annoying and creates a very frustrating driving experience, not to mention concerns about driving safety. I would appreciate it if your team could address and inspect this issue as soon as possible. I would suggest to have in charge person to meet and inspect vehicle when returning it instead a key drop in box, to avoid unnecessary process in case something happen with the vehicle (not same condition as when car being picked up). Overall I had great experience, hope will deal with them again in future.
