The process is simple and easy. Even the person in charge of delivering the car is very responsive and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

I would suggest to have in charge person to meet and inspect vehicle when returning it instead a key drop in box, to avoid unnecessary process in case something happen with the vehicle (not same condition as when car being picked up). Overall I had great experience, hope will deal with them again in future.
