Service, cleanliness and communication were on point but the car wasn't in a good condition. Huge setback as I was driving up the highlands.

The staff that assisted me in my booking and sending me the car was very polite, kind and helpful when knowing that I am not from Malaysia. He ensured that I downloaded the local parking properly and that I know how to go about using it. He also shared some very nice information of Penang. Thank you!!

The car is in very good condition and drives very well. Appreciate the company for providing nice vehicles for us to enjoy our trip in Johor.
