I just had a seamless car rental experience with Wahdah, from booking the car (perodua alza), collection and return arrangements. Car is in good condition and clean. Staff provided very good service with pleasant and proactive communication all throughout. Will certainly book from Wahdah next time. Highly recommended!

We rented a Toyota Innova Crysta 2.0 (A) for three days, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free, from the car delivery at our hotel to the return at the airport. Overall good experience. However one of the cars wrv has really dark tinted which makes driving at night less comfortable, suggest to change to lighter tint.

Never go travelling in Malaysia without Wahdah... it has helped me since I got to know them, comparing to Hertz or Avis, they are local and know local. They're the best.

This is our 4th rental at Wahdah. As usual, Wahdah team is responsive, friendly and helpful. The cleaniness and space of vehicle is more than I expected. This time we took car from Holiday Inn pick up that made us so convinent. With these fleets, we creates sweet memories on every holiday trips. First time renting a vehicle in JB and drove up to KL for a 3D2N holiday! Overall the handing over and returning of car with Wahdah was a hassle free process. Instructions were clear and smooth at every stage. I really enjoyed the seamless process and communication were precise too. Rented the Toyota Rush for this trip, the car interior was clean, no funky smell (surprisingly, it even has a pleasant scent) and no complains with the interior. The car’s exterior was clean and pristine but as it is a rental car, do expect some nicks and light scratches on the exterior. Overall, I really enjoyed my time with the car as well as the communication process with Wahdah, totally recommended to all looking to rent a car in JB and yes, I will be your returning client :) Thank you!

Everything was fine - the car and the heroes were great. The car we booked had more technical advancements than the cars we had, so we contacted the heroes a few times to ask where the petrol lever and the handbrake were. We're glad they were open to explain. Suggestion: Maybe the heroes could give a tour of the car before handing it over.
