The model was exactly what I had rented. The vehicle was in very good condition and very clean. The vehicle pick-up and drop-off points were at Terminal 1 of Kuala Lumpur Airport. Everything went very smoothly; I highly recommend this rental agency.

I was extremely busy with my family's wedding preparations and kept delaying, only managing to send everything on the very last day but they were patient and helped process it manually without any hassle. Really appreciated their flexibility. Hakim, who handled the car return, was very punctual. Aidil, who assisted with the pick-up, was helpful throughout.
