I’m a long time customer of Wahdah & always impressed with the punctuality, good customer service & quality rental car it provided. However the recent rental car (Honda City) was rather old & paint work really bad with many scratched marks. Anyway I still proceed considering it’s only for 3 days rental. On final day, Miss Izz ( hero) pointed to me there’s a new scratched mark in front of the bumper which I did not noticed initially. She mentioned I might have to pay for the new scratches. I will be very disappointed if your company proceed to deduct my deposit. Please do not disappoint a loyal customer

The staff were really friendly and easily contactable via whatsapp. We had a n unexpected delay in clearing the malaysia immigration and was an hour late to arrive. But the staff were very understanding and patient in waiting for our arrival. The car was also very clean and what we expected.
