Good service. Just give an opinion, may be next time can provide parking coupon in the car like I I used to rent a car from other agent which they have prepared parking coupon in the car. We not need to spend time to go find a shop who sell parking coupon.

Flexibility in return time (e.g. 1hr grace period), because sometimes may caught in a traffic jam. Extend the available return time (e.g. midnight) since self check in is available at some return point.
