Best car rental ever. I love their top notch service and fast responses. My car had some issues with the aircon and the team immediately set out to find a car which could fit my family’s travelling criteria. In the end they exchanged my car with one from the highest tier, without charging me a top up. This was my 4th or 5th time renting a car from them and it definitely will not be my last. It's my first time renting a MPV (Toyota Voxy) for 3 days to drive to Malacca with some golf kakis. The online booking was a breeze. Customer service staff were very responsive and helpful. Communicating with them was easy thru Whatsapp. Collecting and handing over the MPV was also very easy and fast. Cleanliness and the condition was top notch.
