I always rent vehicles whenever in KL. This is my first time engaging Wahdah’s service. Firstly, I would like to compliment on the seamless and professional user interface for vehicle booking and email notification as compare to some company I utilised before. Wahdah’s email is clear will all the information required. Secondly, Wahdah is flexible in car pick & return time and location with no extra cost. Which is a big plus point for a customer. Thirdly, very responsive Hero, Izzul in WA communications. Irfan was also very friendly and accommodating when sending and picking up the vehicle. He has a big & welcoming smile. Area of improvement; could shorten the duration for the refund if the deposit. Instead of 15 days. Will definately engage Wahdah’s service from now on whenever I’m in KL.
