Overall, everything was good. Communication was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and nice to deal with. The only issue was the condition of the car this time. The wheel bearing was extremely noisy at highway speeds, and all four shock absorbers seemed to have issues as well. The car had quite serious vibration and swaying when driving at higher speeds, which made the drive uncomfortable and felt unsafe. Other than the car condition, the service and staff were great. Hopefully the vehicle can be checked and properly maintained before the next rental.

Very good experience renting a car from Wahdah for the first time. Was very lucky to get a brand new Alza! The car pickup and dropoff went very smoothly. With their network from north to south of West Malaysia, I was able to drive from JB and return the car in Penang. The extra fee was reasonable as well.
