Dear WAHDAH Customer Support Team, ​I am writing to register a complaint regarding my previous rental vehicle, VLN 9588 perdua Bezza. ​There is a noticeable and persistent strange noise coming from the brake system whenever I am driving. It is extremely annoying and creates a very frustrating driving experience, not to mention concerns about driving safety. ​I would appreciate it if your team could address and inspect this issue as soon as possible. Please ensure that the vehicle is in perfect working condition before it is handed over or returned to customers. BR Leong

Customer service is excellent. Our car is ready earlier than out pickup time and we are also able to take the car 30mins earlier which is fantastic because we arrived early. Their staff do a thorough check for our car and made sure all is good before we go. It was a smooth journey to and fro jb to melaka. I will always choose wahdah for my rental car in malaysia.
