They explained the administrative parts clearly during the collection and checked our cars with us before handing over. Cars were very clean inside with no foul smell and the whole process was smooth and quick! Special shoutout to Mr Fahrid from JB gateway hub, who was very patient and helpful in assisting us with the collection and return administrative works with the cars. He was also proactive and accommodating to bring us to our next destinations quickly while ensuring everyone were well-taken care of during the journey.
