There is both con and pros. The car i rented, license plate ending with 2644, had a steering wheel misalignment and would occasionally drift to the left while driving long distances, and it was noticeable as I was driving to KL and back. There was also a scratch mark on the left window. However, it still drives well and there were no major flaws that made the car unable to drive. Other than that, the service was well done and we were able to effectively communicate with the agents. The vehicle was clean and we were able to reschedule the pick up/drop off time due to traffic. I would come back to rent a car from this company again.

Smooth pick up and return the car, reputable company. The shortfall was the petrol was not full tank (2 bars less) and very difficult to fill up the same quality when return the car .... turn out we pumped full tank
