I had a very pleasant car rental experience with this company. I rented a car from the 24th to the 26th, and the original return time on the 26th was scheduled for 8:00 PM. However, due to heavy traffic in Kuala Lumpur and very heavy rain, I was unable to return the car on time and had to delay the return until 10:00 PM. I informed the rental company about the delay, and they were very understanding of the situation. They kindly allowed me to extend the return time without charging any additional fees, which I truly appreciated. When I arrived to return the car, their staff was already there waiting for me. The return process was smooth, detailed, and handled in a very pleasant manner. Everything went well and without any issues. I am very grateful for their understanding and support when I was facing difficulties returning the car on time due to heavy rain and severe traffic on the highway. Their professionalism, flexibility, and customer-oriented service made this a truly positive experience. I would definitely recommend them and would choose them again in the future.
