The best service I experienced however some improvements needed especially on refund of deposit which should be done without any float & to be credited to customer 's bank account immediately upon return and clearance of car

I had a fantastic experience with Waddah Johor team! The pick-up was smooth and easy, and the return was also similar. The vehicle itself is clean, in good shape and no foul smell. The app - wish that it's a little bit better to show the car reg no. It's absent so I only had that info quite last minute. Otherwise, thanks to the Waddah team, it's been great.

Have been renting with WAHDAH for a number fo times now and they always never disappoints. Punctual, vehicle in good condition and clean, agents were all very easy to liaise with. The plus point i shall give WAHDAH is the Customer Service (WAHDAH Care). They are always there promtply replying to your queries and any issues faced were solved almost instantly. Great job!
