This is my first experience using WAHDAH in Penang, Malaysia. Booking via the company website was easy, and the application was efficient. I appreciated the airport staff's performance and professionalism when I picked up and returned the car. They were available to serve me on time. It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in.
