We hired a car for the MotoGP - booking & payment easy through trip.com. Closer to the day we were contacted & provided advice on pick up arrangements at Lombok airport. Upon arrival we were met by Aby who took us to the car & did an inspection with us. The car was videoed & keys handed over - we had a Honda Brio outside the car was in good condition. Inside the car was clean, the seats did have some marks on them but it was fine, the car ran well & the air conditioner was a godsend. On return to the airport we filled up at the petrol station just up the road & we were advised to park in same pick up spot & were met by another man who inspected the car & we continued to the airport. Thanks for helping us to navigate our way around Lombok area. Overall we were very happy with this company & look forward to booking again in 2027.

Car was brand new with 19K on the clock . Seat covers had some stains. Other than that everything was great
