We had great experience with Wahdah rental company from the very first contact made months before actual rental till the last moment when returning vehicle in the airport before departure Malaysia. Each and every person communicated with us was very friendly and helpful with any details of rental conditions, vehicle operations, etc. As first time visitors to Malaysia we had really appreciated all support received from the personnel of Wahdah Company. The provided vehicle was relevantly new with low mileage and in perfect operational condition. It was the right choice for family trip around the country. To be short, I would strongly recommend renting the cars from Wahdah Company and would definitely contact them during any future trip to Malaysia or any other country where the service is available.

The rental process was smooth. Though the car that I’ve rented was not available, the customer service immediately informed me and had the similar types of car replaced for me with an updated price. The hand over and taking over process was smooth too! No doubt I will approach Wahdah again for car rental! ☺️

Overall very good and accommodating changes very well with excellent communication. Always polite. The only part of the experience I found challenging was the verification process. On my laptop I could not get it to work. Strangely on my phone, no issues. This points to a software issue on your part. Maybe one to re-look at.
