The whole process from the online booking to receiving the car and to returning it was smoothless. This greatly contributes to our great time in Langkawi. Overall good experience. However one of the cars wrv has really dark tinted which makes driving at night less comfortable, suggest to change to lighter tint.

First time renting a vehicle in JB and drove up to KL for a 3D2N holiday! Overall the handing over and returning of car with Wahdah was a hassle free process. Instructions were clear and smooth at every stage. I really enjoyed the seamless process and communication were precise too. Rented the Toyota Rush for this trip, the car interior was clean, no funky smell (surprisingly, it even has a pleasant scent) and no complains with the interior. The car’s exterior was clean and pristine but as it is a rental car, do expect some nicks and light scratches on the exterior. Overall, I really enjoyed my time with the car as well as the communication process with Wahdah, totally recommended to all looking to rent a car in JB and yes, I will be your returning client :) Thank you!

Everything was fine - the car and the heroes were great. The car we booked had more technical advancements than the cars we had, so we contacted the heroes a few times to ask where the petrol lever and the handbrake were. We're glad they were open to explain. Suggestion: Maybe the heroes could give a tour of the car before handing it over.
