The process is simple and easy. Even the person in charge of delivering the car is very responsive and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

Its my 2nd time renting a vehicle from them and I wpuld say the quality and support is excellent.

Good

The rental process was smooth. Though the car that I’ve rented was not available, the customer service immediately informed me and had the similar types of car replaced for me with an updated price. The hand over and taking over process was smooth too! No doubt I will approach Wahdah again for car rental! ☺️

Overall very good and accommodating changes very well with excellent communication. Always polite. The only part of the experience I found challenging was the verification process. On my laptop I could not get it to work. Strangely on my phone, no issues. This points to a software issue on your part. Maybe one to re-look at.

We absolutely love our vehicle. We rented a Honda Stepwagon for 2 days to drive around KL. A clean and smooth ride. Staff sent the vehicle on time, everything was smooth from booking to pick up and return from our Airbnb residence. Thanks Wahdah! A trusted platform to rent vehicles.
